You might try www.carrentals.com. It will compare all the different companies (stay away from Fox and EZ) and their total pricing. Continue to check....daily if possible. The 3 companies you listed have all been very high lately. The Costco travel site does have an Alamo code you can use (https://www.costcotravel.com/Rental-Cars) , but I think other companies might give you a better deal. But, you are correct that prices are very high right now for that time period....well over $200 total.

Got on the Alamo site this morning around 10:00. Used the costco codes and BAM got a good deal to show up. I now have a confirmed mid size for a grand total of $143.56 for our 5 day rental. Checked again around 10:30 and the price for the same rental had gone up $50. Glad I snagged it when I did. Lesson to all, if you find an acceptable deal, grab it quick before it disappears.
