Southwest A-List

I forgot to mention that my husband has an artificial knee.
So the new scanners are MUCH faster than waiting for a hand-wand and then the time for the actual hand-wanding.
My husband thinks he's died and gone to Airport Security Heaven with the new scanners. Which makes me a Happy Camper too!

Agnes, Thats an excellent reason TO USE the nudiescanner.............NOT because you are a Woman,
or next in line, or Barney Fife likes you better than your husband so You get the nudiescan while
He gets to walk thru metal detector? Wrong.......... I have problem with that, and it happens too much.

I've changed alot of flights lately, and when I Log in, it says I'm 84% to A-List. Huh?

They sent me the Card, and it says Good thru 12/12. So am I A- List now, or not?

Are you sure that they're not telling you you're 84% of the way to A-List PREFERRED?

I noticed this previously on my account and it was a bit confusing on the surface. On the screen I just looked it, there was a box next to the one that said that I was 60% towards A-List Preferred that said "
You have achieved A-List status! Keep earning towards A-List Preferred!". I'm guessing that this is the case with you.

Forgot to answer Dan..........I called SW & was told it didn't mean 84% to preferred.
She made it sound like 84% to A list for next year.
Huh?
Reminded me of HET & Diam status til 3/12 or 3/13 or ........or.......... lol

So I asked........"well, now I'm more confused, Do I have A List, or don't I ?"

She said, Yes you do.

Another thing I found out about AList............if your flight was booked before you got AList card?
You are NOT AList for that Leg of flight.

Funny thing......my outgoing wasn't AList, but coming back was.........thanks to Calling SW, and
she logged me in as AList, so got A24 on return. lol Was able to go thru SHORT Security Line
at McCarren, and guess what? NO Nudiescanner!!!!!
