Southwest question

I'm too lazy to call them. So trying to figure out if I can buy ticket for wife and use points for another ticket for me at same time. I guessing I can't. Will have to do each on there own?

You can't get the same confirmation #. Thats the only problem I have with the companion pass...she always had a different number.

If you are the one earning points, you should be on the paid ticket and your wife should be on the freebie.

Separate booking/confirm number, which is a little annoying. For some reason the freebie almost never works online, I get the error message after going through the whole thing and end up having to call. They are very nice and efficient on the phone, though.
