Southwest RR 2.0

On the new system, does anyone know how to find what your credits were for?

I can see the dates I earned the credits. And I can see how many credits I earned. But I can't find a definition of each. Hard to tell if you've received all credits earned.
Received a letter yesterday stating that:
1. Your existing credits will remain the same in your Rapid Reward account to be used towards FREE FLIGHTS under the current program. You will have a one-time option to convert points earned in the new program back into credits from the old program at a rate of 1200 points = 1 credit in order to reach a total of 16 credits and redeem the for one Standard Award.

2. Your Anniversity Bonus just got better! instead of two (2) Annversity Credits (or 2400 Reward Dollars) you'll receive 3000 Rapid Reward Points on your Annversity.

It said to visit newrapidrewards.com to learn all about the new changes in the All-New Rapid Rewards

Some great new benefits they said to checkout are
1. No Blackout Dates
2. Points Don't Expire
3. Every Seat is a Reward Seat
4. Instead of 16 credits, free Roundtrip Flights Start a little as 9500 points.

Under "My Account" (after signing in), one of the blue bars in the center of the page says "Past Credits." When I click on that it shows 1 flight. Then click on "View All" and it will show all the flights.

I do not see any way to view partner credits. My new points lists my Chase card credits (posted March 5, 2011), but no old Chase credits. I didn't have any car rentals or other partner credits.

Tony - I think you're right about "new" credits earned after March 1. Since I don't have any credits earned since March 1, I do not have the "Past Credits" option you speak of.

To find credits before March 1, go to "What Happened to My Credits?" (right side of page). Then go to "View All Expiration Dates." It will show how many credits you have, when they will expire (one year from when earned), and the amount earned. It just doesn't show WHAT you earned each for.

Hopefully I will get an answer on flyertalk.com, and I will post the answer here.
