Stay far away from Southwest airlines!

I booked Southwest online a few weeks ago for my Vegas trip next month. I happened to notice last week that I had accidentally booked the wrong return flight. Called them, got right through, pleasant woman, changed to the correct flight, no charge, on the phone less than 5 minutes.

The only time I've ever had a problem was flying through Chicago. That airport is slow

Southwest is a decent deal or frequent flyers. For the past four years I've had the Companion Pass so my wife flies free with me anytime I fly. Quite a perk.
