Most PO's do have passport forms or you can download at travel.state.gov you have to fill out form DS-82 for renewal ,cost $110, the card is $30 to renew but you cannot fly internationaly with the card Mike
Husband was told the same thing about his drivers license which expired during our vacation this summer. He had his temporary copy with him also and had no problems. FFlowers, didn't you get a temporary copy to use until your official one comes in the mail?
