Well not 25,000 or 35,000

Just was ready to book 2 tickets on USAIR with 2--$300 vouchers (surrendered tickets last may) for September 20/27 not real bad considering price of fuel it came to $799.00 out of PIT to LAS. Was going to book on Delta 2 tickets both of us have 35,000 miles come to find out the cheapest tickets they have is 40,000 each ticket for Nov. 1/8. They better step up signing bonuses for cards to about 35,000. 25,000 and 30,000 mile ticket have gone out the door. We earned our miles by the use of the card and flying Delta and really felt the 35,000 miles would cover a ticket. SORRY will wait and see. This will not be good for Las Vegas it will just be adding to their problems.

I returned to USAIR web page to book the same flights that at 8:00am were $799.00 for 2 and it had gone to $939.00.

Every time I try to use my miles to book a free flight on Delta, it's always 40,000 miles any more. The only way to get it for less miles is a non direct flight with a very long layover.
