Last night I got the dreaded "Your revised flight itinerary" email from Southwest. Uh, oh. Never good.
Original: Non-stop flights to and from Vegas, perfect schedule, three hour flights. July 18 and 24
Revised: Terrible schedule, no non-stops, one plane change outbound, two or three plane changes home.
The email has a link with 'available' options at same price (for same days I suppose), have three days to accept any of those options.
Was too tired to fight with it last night, slept on it. This morning only error messages. Maybe the site is crashing with people like me trying to work things out. I won't even try to call for a while.
I guess mid July is too early to expect normalcy for visiting Las Vegas. This trip was for our friend's birthday. But will probably look further down the calendar to re-book. Grrr.
