Hey, David, you pointed me in the right direction! I sent a message via the SWA Rapid Rewards web site about not getting my drink coupons with my last "happy anniversary" letter. The reply was sort of bland, like "those come from the credit card and we never know when that happens..." kind of stuff. So I let it go. Today in the mail, four drink coupons! Yea! In the letter they said "Here are your replacement coupons", whatever that means. As if I had lost some previously sent ones? No. Anyway, glad you inspired me to follow up.
