Hotels- 2 nights GN- $42 a night booked on Landry's site- free upgrade on avail. (not avail.) & vip checkin!

-Carson tower room- large, clean, great bed, robes- impressed for the price.only used vip to checkout, to avoid the line at the counter. That was a nice bonus.

-LVH-3 nights over long weekend, comped plus $100 freeplay (which somehow ended up being $200-wasn't going to complain).

-PH towers- 3 nights in a 1 bedroom suite- $99 a night- fantastic room- sure you have to walk through the mall to get there, but the amenities made it worth it to us. Full kitchen, and dining area, large living room with beautiful view, could even see the Eiffel tower, and fountains. Projection screen that comes down to cover wall of windows to watch movies on.
Beautiful bedroom, with the same gorgeous view, and a comfy zebra print chaise in front of window, huge jetted bathtub in bedroom, and large rain shower in bathroom. Even has a washing/drying machine.
We had such fun checking out the room, we decided to do something we have never done before- spent the night in with a movie, chinese food, and champagne. Used that tub twice during our stay, too. Takes a long time to fill that sucker, tho.

Dining highlights- Flame, very good meal using the MRB coupon. As we were leaving, the waitress handed us a slip for 2 free drinks in the piano lounge. Any kind of drink you wanted- Chris had a martini, and i had a choc. martini. This place is lovely, with leather club chairs and a 20's feel. The drink had chic. sauce swirled in the glass, and then poured over it so you would get a bit of the choc. with every sip. There was also a young man singing and playing guitar. It was a very nice unexpected addition to our evening.
-Had a $15 comp at GG, so used that for breakfast along with the free pancakes MRB. Very good.
-Milo's at Cosmopolitan- 20.11 lunch special. Very nice gourmet lunch, just don't expect to be stuffed, and this is from someone who usually can't finish half of an entree. Worth it, tho for the flavours and ambience.
-Marrakech- one of our favourite meals- delicious food, many courses, great entertainment, exotic atmosphere, great service. Just go, unless you are a picky eater, as it is a fixed menu.
-Sterling brunch- always the highlight of our trip. Expensive, yes, but when you add up everything from the crab, and lobster, to the excellent lamb, and everything else you could want at a brunch. and top that off with a bottle and a half of Perrier Jouet champagne. It's a no brainer. Just plan to spend a couple of hours, and take it slow. I saw one couple load up their plates to overflowing (Why! you can go back as many times as necessary). Relax, and enjoy!

I have a few more meals to talk about, and a few other details, tho I have to say the gambling was not good to us this time. For now i am tired, and I have a fresh cinnamon bun waiting for me that my Mom just baked, so I will post more soon. Deb
Thanks for posting. I love reading these.

Wer there many in the Sterling Brunch? What is the cost now?
Nice tip on the PH towers. I think I'll try them out next trip
Sterling brunch was almost full in the steakhouse (don't think they were using the Italian restaurant). It is $85 pp. We make it our main meal of the day, as a matter of fact that night we stayed in, and used the jacuzzi tub, and watched a movie on the projection screen.
We just picked up some chinese food from the mall downstairs. Fell asleep halfway through the movie, tho

MortyC, We booked on Bookit.com, and had to stay 3 nights to get the upgrade to the suite. I noticed afterwards that they had the same deal going through the PH site, however we also received a $50 credit for food at Planet Hollywood restaurant booking through bookit.
We used that one night, and even tho it stated not for drinks they allowed us to use it for that as well. We didn't ask they just took it off the entire bill.
Deb:
