We got home from Vegas 5 days ago and though I'm a 56 y/o male I am suffering from post-partum depression.
We stayed at the Wyndam this year which is on Harmon between The Strip and the Hard Rock. The Wyndam is a time share; we are time share owners but not here. The place is very nice, it has 3 pools, a small bar at the pool and a small but nice bar off the lobby. Just to mention; 1 pool is for families, one for adults and one is open 24hrs.
We rented a car from National, and because we got in later (4:30) pm on the Friday before Labor Day all the compact cars were gone. Darn. Got a brand new Chevy Impala (3mi on the odometer) no extra charge.
We hop in the car and do what everybody does when they first hit Vegas.......we went grocery shopping.
Gotta love Vons!
Anyway, we didn't even go out Friday nite. We got up ay 5am eastcoast time so we could get our workouts in before the flight and by the time we finished supper it was 12am east coast time. I just had a couple beers and hit the sack.
Before you say: "wtf kinda tripreport was this" I'll give you a teaser for the next installment. It was our first winning trip ever. We've made 16 trips to "the center of the universe" and usually come home losers.
This trip I even had my first "hand pay" plus I'll let you in on a big miss playing spot the hooker.
