Binions has a very generous comp system. You get their card and play for a while, obviously, and then you go to their Swiping stations. I can't remember the exact rules, but every X amount of points got you a free swipe. I think you could do it up to three times a day.
Some of the "prizes" were useless, like a free drink, but some were good like $100 freeplay. (Never got that) But I did land on the "get $10 off your meal at Binion's cafe" twice. That came in handy and the food was good.
I hear that the Four Queens is about to start this swiping system too.
