Can't Shake the Slump

Good report. I was having the same run of luck with my vp. I made about five trips in a row without hitting anything, but I finally turned things around. Hit my first royal on my last trip, and have been hitting a ton of 4oak. Hang in there it will get better.

Thank you for your candid report. With all the hype about Wicked Spoon I was regretting not having tried it yet. I might re-think that.

Keep playing good games and play well and it should turn around for you. I am a little down on my royals right now. But I have had trips where I get multiple ones, so it averages out. Mary

Loved your report. I agree the Gold Coast prime rib is pretty good. I like the ribs at the Orleans buffet, too. I think the Boyd properties are good value and they always have good specials in their restaurants.
They treat seniors well!

I have to agree with you vegasvp. And if you ask them anything out of the ordinary, they are clueless!!

I went there one afternoon, planning on playing for the rest of the day. I have a slot card, but forgot to bring it. I went to the slot club and one person was ahead of me. I waited and waited and waited and the two sloths manning the booth didn't finish a single person while I was there. They stood there and made small talk with the two people at the counter and I finally left.
