CLV to NYC to AC & back

Started the Trek with a Fam Reunion in the middle of Wisc. I'm sort of skipping over that part. lol
Could have been a remake of Planes, Trains & Automobiles!

So, for the REAL Trip.......lets get to NYC & AC,

What an Adventure, Good Times. Heartfelt Thanks to my Co-hort & Hostess with the Mostest Noahcat!
Thanks to her, I got the Real NYC experience. All Good.

From the Subway to the Bus ride to AC, we had a Great time. Couldn’t beat the accommodations either! Felt right at Home.

Found my way to NBC and did the Studio Tour. Ran into Wolfgang Puck in the hall. Got to see studios for Sat. Night Live, Dr. Oz, Nightly News, Today Show, and last but not least, got to be in the Audience for Jimmy Fallon. That was kind of a highlight….Jimmy laughed at my ad lib to one of his jokes. Tee hee

After the NYC adventure, we bussed our way to AC. for Part 2

‘Cat & I had Schweet accommodations in AC. Both got rooms at Caesars.
Mine had an Excellent Boardwalk view in Centurion Tower.
But ‘Cat had a Fantastic Suite in the Ocean Tower. OMG!

Meet up with a couple LVAers in Town.
First to join our 3 ring circus was Bigfus. We gals had dinner together at Kwi, which was excellent.
We did some running around in the Hello Kitty-mobile. Too fun.
Really nice to see Bigfus in her natural habitat in AC. Lol

The brave male to join the circus was Smerrian. Stu is a good buddy, and we got to spend some adventure time at Borgata, and back & forth on the boardwalk. We played all around town.

Had some Good luck the first night, at Triple play Jokers Prog., but the gambling went down from there. Left my funds in AC. But overall, really enjoyed the trip, and would happily go back again, especially with the Gang. Lol

Noahcat set me up with a Town car, early Sat morning for the flight back to Calif.
All went fine without a hitch. But was I pooped out when I got home? Oh yeah. lol

Can’t wait to go back to NYC & AC someday…………and Looking forward to seeing the EC crew end of July
in MY Natural Habitat! LOL

We have spoke for years how AC is different from Vegas-- the morning text of "They want $50.00 for 2 hours late checkout..are they crazy?!?" was one of those differences.

It ain't Vegas but at least we have an Ocean (somewhere- to the left, I think) lol - oh and taffy (gag)

We got out jest in time as the 7 Star signiture appreciation weekend was the day we left!- Diamond players were reduced to TIN!!!

Poor CLV on the bus w/ the Brooklyn bus people ...(Madge and Blanche behind us bitching the whole ways) cough cough..
You are SUCH a good egg..
we yanked her away from several jackpots for BS reasons and she was missing left and right because we thought she just HAD to see Trump Plaza or Harrah's Terrarium Pool- but we got to see a woman hit a $67,000 quarter progressive,
ate at:
Borgata
Caesars
Bally's 6IX
Harrahs DL
and ran thru Bally's DL, scanning the menu and watching the Ocean views.

She ate my taco soup w/o complaining.

Thanks for helping to fill in the bare spots 'Cat. We did so much in a short amount of time!

I didn't remember all the names of the restaurants.......and so happy to see a couple DL's
Puts ours to shame, fer sure.......even with the $10 price tag now. Still a heckofa deal.

Sure glad Stu knows how to work the system too, and sent me home with some "comped" taffy! lol

Didn't mind the ladies on the bus. Added to the "ambiance" LOL

Also forgot to mention going to work with you for show & tell. lol
Actually, since everyone thought you were Training me as a Temp? Fit right in.

Did anyone ask where the Temp went?
Did you tell them she didn't catch on, so you had to Let Her go? LOL

CLV got me to ordered room service breakfast...but played so late so slept thru it..
FYI???-- A.C. Caesars gives you a weeks worth of stewed prunes for $5.00

and the only "fight" we had was to bell check pick up or not-- I rolled it to bell check myself as i am not infirmed and cheap as all heck.

Wayne, I didn't make it to Milw this time. We (as in "I") drove a western route past Madison.......saw parts of Wisc we didn't see last time.
There were about 17-18 of us from the West Coast. The Out-West Contingency, informed the Wisc. Clan, that NEXT Reunion Would be held in Calif. or Vegas!!!
Were NOT spending that kinda dough for planes, trains & automobiles for the middle of nowhere, Again.

jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj- I SAW White house & the numerous massage places on the boardwalk, but
it was Hot, and we were on a mission. Didn't really shop this trip........
except I got $20 comp dollars at Borgata........ended up spending on 2 bottles of Nail polish from their Salon. Cost $19.20 lol

Saw the Ocean & waves, but didn't touch it, lol, so have no idea if its warmer, but I'll take your word for it.

'Cat made a comeback on the machines at the end.........while I couldn't get up anymore steam. Oh well. Vegas & Reno, on the calendar soon........my Domain. theres hope! lol

I got 2 quads worth $200.00 on 10-play dimes w/ STP.

Got aces for $400.00 on .50 cent singleline DB

and silver mined an unattended Ultimate X machine hitting a quad on .05 cent DDB w/ a 4X multiplier.

Kept me going/ lost 1/2 my stake but ate my way through the HET properties and couponed my way thru 3 spa treatments and spa product.
CLV had to tell me what i thought was a dishwasher in my suite was really a 1970's sterio sound system- did I mention the music was piped through in all rooms??~~~ reallya lovely touch.
