Thanks for your report and sorry to read about all of your bad service issues -- most especially with being shorted $1,000 at the table as well as having to endure that very LOUD club music from 62 floors up!

And yes, it's good that you were not drunk at that point when you realized that you ended up being shorted $1k because I think that it's likely that you would not have known what really happened with that money!

Sionow, as far as the betting and the comps, I think they had me at $387 per bet for 12 hours during the weekend. They don't like to give out their RFB info, but it should be around that mark. I think that I will shoot off a letter to the head guy. I have heard from a few of my friends that they had issues with customer service also. I hope it is only a work in progress, because the property is beautiful. Joey
