Jon- looks like you got to experience a lot of good food. That prime rib at Jerry's Nugget looks like it was done to perfection! Did you two take the bus up there? That really sucks about the gambling.. maybe next time you should try the LoL ( Life of Luxury) at Vegas Club.. you seem to have a knack for picking diamonds in August!

Hi, Linda. Yeah, Jerry's is a real sleeper, I thought it was a terrific coffee shop. Fun casino, too, and they have lots of promos mainly geared toward locals. It's pretty easy to get to and from, the 113 bus ($2) runs every 15 or 20 minutes, from 4th and Fremont to the front of the joint.

Well, we'll see you in February, of course, but there's a lot to be said for two trips per year (if you can stand the heat). Really gets Vegas out of your system better. Although I am already planning for February.
