Interesting downtown report. Sorry that you didn't care for the chinese dish you had, but glad that you enjoyed the donut. Have never had Pink Box, so will have to give it a try on one of our next two trips.....we have one in two weeks, and then another one the two weeks before Thanksgiving. We really do like the Hash House A Go Go at the Plaza. So much food that my wife and I have to share.
Oh for sure,
when I get a meal at Hash House it feeds me for three meals!

Nice report, Blondie ! Great views at the Fountain B. You might be the last visitor before they tear it down =)
Road construction is a train wreck in Vegas right now.....the I-15 has several lane closures ....and you have the race construction....and downtown has cones all over the place too. I used Dean Martin Ave to go north/south on my trip. I ended up only going downtown once because the traffic is so bad.

How is it getting from downtown to say Henderson and back a few times?

I really like that you go out of your way for the kiddos. Giving them your comped Garth Brooks tickets is awesome. How did they like the show? I totally get you about how crowded it is at Caesars. Trying to go through the casino and then navigating the Forum shops is insanity to me. My wife and I try to stay away from the center strip as much as we can.

Me too, I thought that Chinese dish looked good, but I'm not doubting your opinion. Especially if the spicy kind of ruined it for you. Really enjoying your reports and pics. Maybe the bird lady is hired to watch for poops that end up in the pool? Yikes, what a crappy thought...LOL.
