I do notice that your report says that your trip is until June 10th (instead of it saying April 10th). Is June on your mind due to your return trip (I may be visiting LV as early as June 2nd) where you will be likely recouping all of your unfortunate losses on this trip?

Thanks for proofing my TR LOL

Yes I am, in fact, already hard at work on our next trip which ends June 12th.

Nice TR. Thanks. Now I will have to try some of the off the beaten path places you tried..... sort of a hobby of mine.

Westie, I saw in your trip report you rented thru Fox.that seems to be our best for our May trip. Any thoughts, warnings or tips on this? Enjoyed your report read it on Vegas message board. Enjoyed as always. Thanks for any info!

On your next trip try THE BAGEL CAFE. The lox and bagel are the best. They have a web site and the address is 301 N buffalo Dr. They are out near Suncoast and Rampart casins well woth the drive.
Another great report by one of the tireless contributors. Westie, we salute you. SAH-LUTE
Love the guffaws and Laugh Out Loud's, some highlights

Our mid-size Nissan Sentra had a little over 25,000 miles on the odometer and a few minor blemishes, but so do I.

Unfortunately, our Caesar salads looked like coleslaw and were devoid of any “Caesar” taste.

These Facebook games (myvegass) will eventually be included in the Time Wasters Hall of Fame

In this case we obtained a $30 comp for the The Lounge at Signature which is located roughly one mile from the MyLife desk.

I am an early riser, but waking up at 1 AM is a bit much.

At a nearby In-N-Out Burger and ordered cheeseburgers and a small fry. After reading so many rave reviews of this franchise, I was totally underwhelmed.

I enjoyed my first and last hot dog of the trip from the cart adjacent to the sports book just before returning to the room. ($1, 2.5 Buns)

first stop this morning was the Laundrimat (sic) where we had clothes wash and folded at the bargain rate of $1 per pound.

time to revisit Fox Rent A Car with a request, actually a demand, for the same car. The check-in attendant gave me some BS, but I told him I would be taking the same car. I also encountered an idiot (Walter) at the counter who was one of the laziest clerks I have ever encountered,

Next stop was the Green Turtle Spa where Ann had a hair raising experience.
($35, 4 Shears)

The fritter is by far the bestest in the land. ($2.10, 4 Crumbs)

Great job! (Jacks or Betta)
Ooohh! all those Martinis look SO good.

Ditto that! Unmatched TR food photos...excellent as always. Thanks.

Westie, the one and only time we got to spend with Gregrio, he spoke very highly of you and your wife, how he enjoyed hooking up with you two. I will never see "Westie" on a TR or other post without thinking of Gregrio. It's a good thing.
