I want to play BH in late Oct 2023 but see a series of somewhat negative reviews. BH used to be really nice. Now the prices are $$$$$. Questions: are the rental clubs really as poor as people are saying? Is the pace of play really slow, being held up by the new "parmates"? Are you teeing off mats on par 3s? What is general condition of course? Thank you
