Sorry, double post. Good report, planing a trip in early April.

An absolutely terrific trip report. You are one of my favorite contributors to this site. Your writing is straight ahead good, enjoyable reading.

Can't be more thrilling than coming home with more money than you left with. Hard to imagine this was your FIRST royal...but like your first child, you never forget where and when you got it.

I don't drink wine but certainly appreciate those who take an interest in the finer things.

I checked out the site on the KiMo theater. Being a drama teacher/director for the past 20 years, I took an interest. I've never heard of the play Clybourne Park. I'm interested in checking it out. Please tell your daughter to "break a leg" from me.

Great Report - Both Part I and II! You certainly packed a lot in -- and super congrats on your Royal!
I love "Elvis"at ElCo, and yes, they make killer martinis during Happy Hour. I spent an hour or so playing the Derby machine at the D before the total remodel (The Vue Bar window was blocked off, and the place felt like a bat cave!) Glad to hear it's finished and much improved. Thanks for taking the time to write such a detailed, fun account of your time.
