Great 4 day trip

This was our 6th trip to vegas so far this year, and our shortest.  We flew Alliegent round trip, nonstop for 110 each out of Witchita.  No bags, just 2 backpacks for a 4 night stay.  We rented a car fro Advantage this time for 138, Make sure you have current proof of insurance when renting from them.  We got a sweet charger with 15,000 miles.

since we got in on sunday around 1pm we headed to The Martini for the 8oz filet special with mashed potatos and asparagas for 15 bucks all day.  Paytables are just okay, but the comped wine was great.  We lost a little bit but still felt like a win.

Next stop was the Suncoast to check out the new sportsbook and play until traffic dies down.  Everything looks and feels awesome.  Even better was that they needed more bar top machines so they brought out some old flat tops with great paytables for the old bars.  We hit the high limit bar before heading aout and each cashed out up a couple hundred.

It was about 6pm so we headed to Greenvalley Ranch to check in.  We goit comped for the night with 50 dollars FB and 125  FP  Diffinately our favorite casino, with great rooms and great drinks. We got pretty wound up playing so just ate at the cafe and order way too much food but was very good.I was pretty much even at midnite and the wife was up a couple hundred

Monday we made some sports book bets and got 30 games of live keno and checked out.  We went to the Rainbow club for breakfast to use 2 free hamsteak and eggs coupons from the mailer.  We played a couple hours at the bar and i lost 20 and the wife was up another hundred.

Next stop was the Orleans to cash in a 25 dollar chip and play a little.  Mostly played a few slots and both lost a little.  We stoped in to the Palms to use 20 dollars of free play and say hello.  I made a hundred playing dream card and the wife  couldn't get anything going.  Next we headed to Resorts World to use 25 dollars in food comps and 75 dollars in free play.  WE split the huge rueben in  Juinors  and it was great.  The prices are high but are sandwitches are too much for one person, so always split.  The casino drinks were good but couldn't make any money and ended down for both of us.

We headed to the Suncoast to check into our comped room with 30 FP and 20 FB.  Great rooms overlooking the golf coarse and the valley.  We ate a 90/90 which was pretty good pizza and played about even most of the night before heading to Red Rocks for some better air and cocktails.  Unfortunately be both lost and headed

back to Suncoast for the night

Tuesday morning I made a donut run to Randys donuts and we played at the Suncoast on the 10 times point day until around 130.  WE checked out and headed back to Resorts World for more food credit and free play.  We split another great sandwitch at Juniors  and then set out to get our money back from the day before.   Nothing really working on the floor so we hit the high limit bar to get our drink on and the small wins kept coming and ended up about 60 each.  Next stop the Gold Coast for some more 10 times points and a little craps.  Both lost about a hundred, but traffic had died down so we headed back to Greenvalley Ranch to  Check in for two more comped nights and more FB and FP.  We got too wound up to  eat a good meal so  Panda Express was our food choice.  We Made a few more sports book bets and Reinvested on live keno for another 30 games.  Then started bar hoping and hitting stuff all night  I think I ended up about 5 hundred and the wife up 7

Wed morning we headed to The Pass to use food credit but didn't find any so each of us lost a 20 and went to the Rainbow clun to use a 2 for 1 coupon the LVA.  Great breakfast with the balance paid with points.  Then we hit the bartops for a couple hours with me up 2 hundred and the wife up over 3.  Too smokey so had to get some fresh air.  WE headed over to Sunset Station to check out the new sportsbook and the new renovations look great.  I made a little money playing slots but the wife not so much, so we headed back to Greenvalley for happyhour at Barracha.  The happyhour food and apps are great, but the paytables and entres are not.  We lost everything we won at the Rainbow that night chasing another good score.  Dinner was at the cafe again, but very average.

Early flight back on thursday , Easy car drop off and walk across the street to the bus. It only took an hour from the hotel to our gate including getting gas.  Overall I was up about 3 hundred and the wife up about 6 or 7.  Sorry so long, but we had a blast !

Great trip!!!  Thanks for reporting.

Fantastic report,  Brent.  Thanks

Congrats on a great trip and a great report. Nice job bopping all around and picking up deals. That's still possible in Vegas, for now, at least.

Curious about The Martini and the special you mentioned.  Is that all the time or only on certain days and time?Love the trip report.

thx

Wow, that's a lotta "up" to end a trip with.  Congrats, and thanks for the TR!

Candy

The steak special is on sundays only, but all day.  Also if you sign up for their players card you will save a little more and it is none smoking.  Nice place.  Also I used the free spin coupon at the rainbow club from the LVA book for a 20 dollar win.  And we met Vegas Matt In the High Limit room in Greenvalley Ranch.  Pretty cool !

I just hope it wasn't driving the Charger around after full octane drinks!

We have been going to la vegas since before we were married, several weeks a year.  And we do like to have a few cocktails.  Not going to lie but that damn Charger wanted to go fast.  We were safe, and pretty much waited to get our drink on at Home casinos.  A few years back when we were treated like locals by station, we would go to the Broiler Room at Boulder Station on half price points  wed.  2 meals and a bottle of  cab, came with the salid bar or the shrimp Louie after a day  of drinking.  That was a  rough trip back to the room.  Now older and wiser.
