The last cheap trip!

I've used the term boothling after seeing it used here, actually thinking it was kind of a cute way of referring to the players club worker without having to go into gender or whether the person would be a host-type or supervisor-type or what.  "Boothling" seemed to cover all the posibilities with fewer words than "booth lady"?  "Booth guy"?  "Booth person?"  "Booth attendant"?

Because after all. we are directed to the "Players club booth."  If the consensus is that "boothling" is derogatory, I'll certainly cease using the term.

I think only a wokeling would care.

Richmond, VA now has a direct flight to Vegas via JetBlue.

Managed to get my flight for May 18th at $79 each way. Not bad eh?

OK I do understand the "extras" have to be paid for (Luggage, seat assignments) but even so it was a pretty cheap way to get to Vegas for a much needed mini vaca.

Yeah, but did you read the fine print? The plane doesn't land; they just slow down a bit, give you a parachute, and crack the door open. You have to sign a waiver and, of course, put down a $500 deposit on the parachute in case it doesn't open and you're unable to return it.

The good news is that if the wind is right, you can float right down to your hotel, no need for Lyft or Uber.

LOL

Luckily I was in the RAF (Royal Air Force) so I do not mind the parachute option...not sure about the wife though but I'll just push her out at the right time....(when she is not looking) ...and hope for the best.

I'll need to land near the car rental place though as I have a booked reservation and have already paid for it. I am just hoping, with the current car rental climate, that it does not turn into the Jerry Seinfeld episode.

Good luck on your trip
