Sorry to read about your losses! The Strip is not really known for good Slot returns (at least that's what the reports from the state of Nevada seem to say over and over again (that's even reported in the American Casino Guide).

I don't know that Tuscany is known for good gaming (especially Blackjack).

For who has what in Blackjack, your choices now are Stanford Wong's newsletter "Current Blackjack News" or the "Las Vegas Blackjack Survey" at the Wizard Of Vegas website.

You also might be able to get "Current Blackjack News" at the Gambler's Book Shop (which is now I think on Eastern Avenue).
