the kiosk company received my letter, called to sincerely apologize, said the reason the internet wasn't working was due to a 3rd party error, and is refunding my money.

Well that's good! I actually on most trips use the Internet Kiosk once at Plaza or Las Vegas Club where it's $1 Minimum, 20 Cents Per Minute and either 50 Cents or 75 Cents (I can't remember right now) for each printed page.

Fortunately, I have never had any problem with the Internet Kiosks.
