Just hit Vegas yesterday. I will add daily updates as I go if you like to follow along.

Keep 'em coming. You have great trip reports.
Aw thanks!

Best comps offered.I have stayed at most Las Vegas hotels over the years. Both downtown and strip. My mobility not as good as last year. Hoping to keep up with our active plan. Departing SFO not bad.Departing Las Vegas
is a giant walk.I just read Belligio new floral exhibit, love it.

Such great descriptions of everything, the good, the bad, and the kinda ugly...which is the leftovers from previous guests (how many trips ago??) that Housekeeping didn't catch when they cleaned the room for the next (that's You) guest. I'm much more nervy in my older age that I would be sure to put that on my post-trip survey (when/if I get one...usually do). "Must include inspection/cleaning/restocking of mini bar, or if only a fridge (which is fine...better for stocking leftovers from meals)."
Once I left the most delicious dessert...can't spell it, but terramisou, in a fridge somewhere. 10 years ago but still sad about it.
Also, nice room, but I'm looking for bathtub gripper bars. I didn't see any in your video about the bathroom, but hope it was easy to get in and out of. Oops, you mentioned your shower water, so you probably didn't use the tub. Hate that about the tepid water. And I hear tubs are totally going away in some Strip hotel suites, at least. Not sure if that is correct. I'll be fuming...got to have a tub!
Sorry that the first leg/airport experience wasn't smooth, but sounds like the rest went pretty well. I admire you for hanging in there and doing Vegas with your limitations. My hubby can't/won't handle the discomforts anymore (back pain, for one), has lost interest, which is OK with me since I have my BFF gambing buddy. Maybe men are less tolerant. But he doesn't give a whit about gambling anyway, and now that we adoted a cat, he can stay home and take care of "Albert." What is the old saying, "Every curse contains a blessing"? Or the other way around? Ha.
Now, go out on day 3 and kick some Vegas butt! Really love the photos.
I used to love tubs but now with my physical limitations if I got into this tub they would have to bring in staff to get me out.
I would love it if every hotel would put grab bars in their showers. I would also love it if all the toilets in the world weren't so darn low! Wish I could stand to pee! Ha.
I adore Vegas but I do find every trip a little harder but having my son and his GF with me encourages me to keep trying and to help them have a great trip.
Thanks for reading!
When on vacation in Memphis The shower was over the tub.No bars.
I had a pretty serious fall Now I ask for walk in shower and often ADA
room. After Covid lot of changes. House keeper less. Groupon offer few deals.I still miss the old days. Funny I go with my son. We stay in same room. He's the one with all the comps Mostly matches from hotels he stays in while bussiness travel.
Depending on how long your staying you could still ask to move to a room with bars. If only a few days may not be worth the hassle
