This month's mailer referenced the multipliers at the Rainbow. It states that the other two hour period is 4am to 6 am. Multi-hand video poker games are excluded. Hope that helps.

Both Emerald Island and Rainbow have NSUD and 10/6 DDB. EI has more of those machines, and Rainbow doesn't have them in single line, as far as I know, which is an important consideration when you're angling for point multipliers. However, Rainbow's promo-spin wheel is better.
The food at Rainbow is also very good, though the menu is smaller. Triple B at Rainbow is burger-centric, and those burgers are killer.
Here's a list of the best promos in each location:
Sunday: Rainbow, $20 cashback
Tuesday: EI, $20 cashback
Wednesday: Rainbow, wheel spin
Thursday: EI, wheel spin and gift day
Oh, and EI will give you $10 for your first 1000 points earned on Monday, Friday, or Saturday.

I agree that EI is a fun place. Employees are friendly, games are great and food is a hidden gem.
That said, I know you despise pigarette smoke as much anyone so I gotta ask...how the hell do you manage to tolerate the putrid air quality at Emerald Island? It's downright suffocating in the afternoon and evening hours.

Depends. It's fine except on those days where a lot of seniors are present. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the days to avoid playing before 4 pm.

Just to add to this post, Rainbow Club has their gift day on Monday and their $10 Vacation Cash days on Wednesday and Thursday for June.

Yeah. The Vacay Cash ($10) is available at Rainbow or EI on days where there isn't some other cash promo going, such as direct cashback or earn-a-wheel-spin. EI is Mon/Fri/Sat.
Usually, there's no overlap. But sometimes...if Rainbow has the vacay cash on Wednesday AND the wheel spin (worth $20) for 1,500 points earned, that would be particularly good, I'll check it out and report back.
