Made my bi-monthly drive from Phoenix to Vegas last week.
Had 2 nights comped at TI & Sunset Station. Both nice hotels, clean with nice staff.
Gambled at TI, Sunset, Emerald Isle & Southpoint. We did pretty well & I got a royal on the last day at the TI.
Ate at Village Pub, the SP buffet & Uncle Vitos, Emerald Isle & Gilleys at TI.
Food was good although Gilley's was average at best. Vito's was the best.
Saw Kevin James at the Mirage - excellent show.
Didn't see any traffic problems on the strip; seems to be a big nothing. Although we didn't go as far as Tropicana. Traffic on the 15 is busy for a short stretch by Tropicana
