"DRMILLED", I have never had a porn slapper try to "push" a card on me, or harrass me in any way, they simply try to hand you one(capitalism at its finist!). As far as calling it smut, it maybe, but on the other hand your vacationing in a town nicknamed "sin city" and you dont expect something like this? you definetly shouldnt go to Fremont street as the pirate lady that shows her entire boobs with just pasties on, so you can take pictures with them (er, I mean her) would probably make your head explode!
