Paris- Bellagio, solo

I've been in LV in July when it rained once and it was not good!

I remember that power went out on the street Downtown and the rain and wind were terrible.

And at the time the Las Vegas Hilton had a new Marquee and it had the top part of it ripped-off by the wind.
