Quick trip and report

Flew in from Detroit for the annual World of Concrete show and as usual my parents decided to join me.Due to not wanting to miss my sons basketball games I left in the evening after Tuesdays game and returned on the 6AM flight on Friday to catch that game(which was actually cancelled due to weather.lol)...HOTEL-Parents only stay at Paris so used a 3 night comp offer and 300.00 free play at Ballys.Room in updated Jubilee tower was perfect for me,comfy bed and walk in shower were great.The only downside, which seems to be a trend at hotels, is many smaller pillows that are not that comfy at least to me.....Food-Ate at the new Center Cut Steakhouse at Flamingo using my Diamond 100.00 dinner coupon and enjoyed it.Nice room and we all enjoyed our meal.We try different places every trip but ALWAYS eat at Joes Stone Crab and again it was fantastic! Breakfast both days on patios at Mon Ami Gabbi and Sugar Factory,great way to start day....Got tix for Donnie and Marie at discount booth and all of us LOVED it.They are 2 pros and it just feels like a Vegas show.Flamingo showroom is a step back in time and perfect venue for them....Gambling-Did Diamond for year by getting over 2500 tier credits both days I was playing so good til March of 2016 with bonus credits.Mostly played 10 play DD Quick Quads for quarters with some slots/3 card poker/ultimate texas hold em....Lost but not enough to stop me from planning another longer trip soon!.....Thank you for taking the time to read my tale,Mannyo

Pillow trouble. No doubt others have hints, also, but here's mine. I pick the one closest to correct height but not over. Then, make it 'just right' by adding towels folded enough, but under pillow, to raise that pillow ! Good trip report, and good luck your next trip.

Sounds like you had a great trip but son's bb games as bookends shows where your priorities lie. Nice

what airline did you take out out of det . is Spirit any good going march 7 to 14 only nonstop i can fine thank for your help .

I flew Delta,it is the major carrier here and southwest has a non stop also

Starrone, I'm booked out of Detroit on Delta in May for $240, nonstop. Last I saw the offer was still there.
