Quick Trip Win Star Oklahoma

We drove up to Win Star for Laura wanted to play some slots. We are getting more ice and snow (Dallas area) later this week so we don't expect to travel then.

Saw the mandatory Northlake, Sanger, Gainsville speed traps on our way North on
I35.

Part of the reason we went is we also had a free buffet for two. The buffet has crab legs (largest on the weekend), smaller weekdays. Also shrimp fried, peel and eat, and pan cooked. The prime rib was good too. The food at this buffet although limited in choices is very tasty.

Played Aristocract slot Eagle Rock. I usually play live poker but today's budget was only $100 each so I went with Laura to play the Eagke Rock machines. Laura calls them the "fishy machines" as the bonus rounds are based on you getting four "fish" to get 6 free bonus plays. Ever see grownups calling their machine "come on fisheys"? Most everyone who played did call for the fish!

Results:

I left up $57 and Laura up $76 after 9 hours play.

Bad situation: Laura may have lost her mobile phone there. ...to be continued...

Thanks for reading- John
John - Twice I have lost my I-phone at Choctaw (old age - brain farts) and both time by some miracle someone had turned it in at the security. I'm sure you checked with them but you never know. Call them back once or twice.
Isn't this weather starting to be ridiculous? I feel like I'm living in Siberia!
Being stuck here in Carrollton with our recent weather, your report really gives me 'the itch' to get up to Winstar again. Got the same buffet coupons, now if they would just offer me a real hotel room comp, and not for the stupid Inn at Winstar stuff!!!
Thanks for writing.
Thanks for your report! I'm happy to read about both of you having a winning trip but I'm sorry to read about Laura losing her mobile phone!
