Thanks for the info on the Silveron rooms. The Monte Carlo continues to unimpress. Have you considered giving the Cosmopolitin some play to see how your play works there?

Thanks, Jon! Yes, I'm considering giving Cosmo some play, but times are tight right now and I'm trying not to play anywhere I'm not already getting something. Gotta reserve funds. I want to go to Cosmo when I can actually put in a good days play. I currently have Bellagio booked for March, Mirage in April, and a Harrah's NOLA trip later in April, so it's looking like I won't make it to Cosmo for a while.

Being from Orange County as well, I must say "WOW" on your time - especially at that time of day!! the best we've managed is 3 1/2 hours from our door to Silverton!! and that's when we leave at 0600 hours!

Thanks, Shanny! The best we've made it in is 3-1/2 hours, too. We mostly leave at 5am, but Scott is getting tired of getting up early and driving, so we're trying to leave after 9am or after 7pm now. Traffic wasn't bad, so it took us just under 4 hours this trip. That's on a Thursday night, though -- I wouldn't even attempt to leave on a Friday night at that hour!

Nice report Mare! I am always hoping to run into you, Dan/Barb at the Four Queens. I try to remember to ask Sara or Jen if any of you are there when I am. It hasn't worked out yet.
