Good luck in Las Vegas. What a wonderful hit to prepare for your trip.

Fun stuff!! I see you live in IA; since I am in MN would you mind sharing (even if via a PM) which casino you had this luck at? I occasionally visit a couple different ones in IA - Diamond Jo's in Northrop and Grand Falls in Larchwood. I have also been to Harrah's in Council Bluffs, but that's quite a trek across the whole State of IA for me! Have an excellent time in Vegas!!

pauldixon congrats again on your big hit, I'm sure you deserve it. ....so last minute decision to go to Indiana grand casino Friday night, arrived just in time to see juice newton in concert (free). played $1 wheel of fortune, won $500 on a bonus spin, another $640 on the payline a red 7 with 2 2x multipliers ( $160 x4 ). on the way out my friend and I each put at $20 in a quick hits penny machine and cashed out at $271.35! we split that. I gave back a couple hundred but brought home most of my winnings. I sure hope I can have some luck like that in vegas on april 29.

Gail, the casino is called Mystique in Dubuque and has one full pay JOB at $5.00 and some semi-decent triple play deuces/bp in denoms from dimes to $2.
We also have a Diamond Jo in Dubuque but they cut their video poker pay tables and I am on strike against them.

My Vegas trip was excellent and I will get full report out later. I came back with six w2gs and ended up making Emerald at Boyd and Noir at MGM. I took pictures of all the jack pots and I can hardly believe it. Third most profitable trip ever in my gaming career.

Will be settling in our Vegas digs in about 18 hours. Got plans to go see Diana Ross. Take in an improv show. Day trip to Red Rock to see the spring blooms. Beatles "Love". Maybe some VP. Prolly a couple of drinks. Hopefully, trip report won't include "passed out in the desert and missed the rest of the trip."

congrats again to pauldixon and more good luck in vegas. chafraho; good luck but I must say I am a bit jealous. I would luv to see Diana in vegas but I arrive a little too late. I am in vegas april 29 - may 05. i've seen her several times in Chicago and Indianapolis, but seeing her in vegas would be like having your cake and eat it too!
