Twin River RI trip

I predict that the casino at Rockingham Park in Salem, NH will open 2+ years before we have a casino here in Mass.

Oh M0rtyC, I sure hope so!!!!! It would take me all of 20 min to get there. But NH has been really dragging their feet about passing a gambling bill. In my opinion, it would be a great spot for it. They have tons of parking there, easy on and off from the highway, and several back roads to get to the place.

I keep thinking the old Fort Devens MA would be a terrific spot too, but no one has mentioned it. That would be close to routes 495, 2, and 190. There is tons of old military land there, just sitting.....

And why do we have to wait until 2014 before the first license is being issued anyway? Government works at such a slow pace.

I could take Rt. 2 home from work instead of taking the rural route, and then swing by the casino for a bit.

That would be so cool, huh ??? LOL
