Vegas march 22 to 26

We flew Alliegiant nonstop for 218 round trip for both of us.  Rental car was with thrifty for 223 all in for a full size.  We got a free upgrade to a Nisson Rogue.  Very nice, but had to google how to put it in reverse on the 2nd day.  We checked in to Green Valley Ranch for 3 comped nights with 125 free play and 50 food credit.  Also got upgraded to a semi corner room with a balcony. Very nice.

First thing was capriotiis for dinner, and then to the bars to finish watching the games and get our drink on.

We both ended up close to even for the night and then hit the cafe for 3.99  late night pancakes at 1130.  They hit the spot and we used our food credit and called it a night.

Monday we had free pastries in the VIP room and then made some sportsbook bets.  We then did our live keno way tickets.  This time 9 spots for 25 cents a way, dollar a game.  The wife played bonus streak on the floor, and I tried playing varous vp games close by.  Ended up hitting quad 4s with a kicker times 4 on ultimate x spin poker.

We then headed to the Durango for the day.  We had a nice snack at The George of chicken sliders, and paid with points. Then we played the new huff n puff had enough.  I made 40 and the wife kept hitting and cashed out up 120.  The wife then played  bonus streak and I hit a ocean magic ultimate game for another 110 before playing some 3 way action poker.

My cousins from Park City showed up and we had a late lunch at the Summer House   We split the salmon salad, and it was great.  We did some catching up while playing at the bars and they took off for Death Valley to check out the super bloom.  I played some stupid game called Lucky Lemmins and cashed out up 140.  Totally fun while it was hitting.  The bonus was a bunch of gophers jumping off a cliff onto the bonus symbol.

We headed back to Green Valley and got some cookies from the VIP room and played at the bars for the rest of the night.  Both of us lost some and we called it an early night.

         I will post more tomarrow

Really nice first couple of days.  I love that Lucky Lemmings game.......the last place I saw this game was at the little restaurant/casino above a gift shop next to the Aquarius in Laughlin.  Where did you play that game in Vegas?

Look forward to your next installment.

Nice you and wife having nice trip.lot of good food.Enjoy rest of trip

I thought I already responded, but again, late night pancakes sound perfect!  Looking forward to more reporting.

It's kind of a symbolic game, in that lemmings and slot players have a lot in common.

If you're looking for any particular game, you should call the casino and ask for the slot supervisor. More efficient than wandering around the casino floor.

Also, if you're looking for a game that's fairly new, the more elaborate locals' casinos are your best bet. They continually churn their slot inventory to keep their customers entertained. Try Red Rock or Durango.

The Lemmings game is a really old game.....up there with DaVinci Diamonds and Twin Win.

They made a new Lucky Lemmings slot....you can watch Ruby play it

Tuesday we had some pastries from the VIP room and made our sportsbook bets and reinvested in our keno way tickets. The wife hit the bonus streaks, and I played hundred play and 3 way action.  No big hits so we headed to the Palms.  We had 25 free play and a 2 for 1 for the buffet.  The buffet was packed at 11am . They had the crab legs and steaks with mimosas and the usual good stuff.  We waited in line for 20 minutes and moved up 7 spots.  Probably another hour wait to get in, as we were not even inside the gates yet.  The wife made a profit at the bonus streak and we got out of there.

Orleans was next for 20 free play and 10 food credit. We ate lunch at Ordni chinese.  I had the kong pau chicken and hot an sour soup and the wife had sweet and sour chicken.  Very good as always.  No big wins, so we moved to the Gold Coast to continue playing on the 10 times multiplier day. I played 3 way action and the wife played bonus streak.  We both ended up a little.  The 5 dollar craps table looked hot, but I didn't jump in.

We left GoldCoast to meet up with Edso about 3 , but he let us know that his wife was on a heater at Tuscany and they weren't going to make it downtown.  So we stopped off at Palace Station and had a drink at the high limit bar.  We each lost 20 there and on a huff n puff with the 3 colored boxes.  The lunch specials at the mexican place looks good as Edso says.  Also don't forget about the 2.99 shirmp cocktail at the cafe.             We then hit Resorts World with 40 free play and 10 food credit.  We just played at the center bar and had some good cocktails and ended up slightly

We then headed downtown to meet up with my Park City cousins.  We were a little early so we used the LVA free play at the 4 Queens.  I hit quad 5s and cashed out up 42 bucks and the wife up a dollar playing keno.

We then hit the front bar at the Golden Nugget for a drink and small profit while catching up.  Next stop was the Circa where we planned on using the LVA coupon for free champane at the Legacy club, but they didn't let us in because of my cousin's shoes.  So we got a drink and played at the upstairs bar and made a small profit.

Dinner was at Hugos Cellar.  We had a great meal, and were able to save money with the club 55 discount. It was about 200 a couple with a bottle of wine and our aniversary desert.  Way too much food, but a fun evening.  We said our goodbyes and headed back to Green Valley and called it a night.

I will wrap up tommorow.   And the Lucky Lemmings is a new verson, and was also at the airport and Palace Station

What I want to know is: what is a lucky lemming? One that jumps off the cliff and lands in a boat?
