A quick follow-up to one of my topics....

Well son-of-a-gun if I didn't get a customer satisfaction survey from Thrifty two days ago. It's rare I take the time to fill these out, but I couldn't resist this time! After logging bad marks for my counter experience, I noted this in the comment section:


I understand "add-ons" aside from the initial rental free are an important source of revenue for you. That said, I don't mind getting the "pitch". However, I'm not appreciative of high pressure tactics and sarcastic remarks at the counter. Not sure if agents are trained in this manner, or if this was an isolated case, but this was far from a positive experience. It was my choice to say "no" to what I was offered, and I understand the situation by doing so. I shouldn't have to be treated like the village idiot for making that decision.


Not that anyone there REALLY cares, but it was actually kind of fun!!!
