It seems a 21 year old man was caught on security camera urinating in a Portland, OR reservoir so the city decided to flush the tainted water away instead of it being used.

Personally I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to detect the taste. Would you?
Also don't know why the man's age was reported? LOL.

From what I read, the Portland government has wanted tax money to buy a cover for the reservoir and this was just a political ploy. I guess they better keep the birds from pooping in the water.

OMG those poor bacteria. Diluted by how many hundreds of millions of gallons of water? My God, some of that pee will wind up in your drinking water and yet some people if Africa need potable drinking water.
