Is this the same "Charity Navigator" that has a "project commitment that runs through the end of 2016" with the Clinton Global Initiative.
"Charity Navigator is a leading and respected organization that evaluates and rates charities so donors can make informed decisions about contributions. It was itself a member of the Clinton Global Initiative between 2012 and 2014."

....And the NY Post when it comes to finding the truth behind Obama's meddling with the unemployment numbers
...And the Washington Times when it comes to beheadings in Libya.

Actually, DonDiego hasn't referenced "The Federalist" since some LVA posters objected to the organization.
The speculation regarding the rating of The Clinton Foundation cites the Associated Press.

It's an even more unpleasant activity, so please stop. You wrote that "the Clinton's can buy off just about anybody, . . . and with charity funds too." So how much did the Clintons or the foundation pay in this instance? Zero.

The Clinton Foundation has benefited half of the world's adults with HIV and three-quarters of the children. If DonDiego objects to that, he should vote Republican.

- they can spit in the face of millions of lives saved by people who dedicate their lives to something bigger than themselves....because its the Clintons

You never saw any effort from the left to kick dirt in the face of John McCain's military service....but the current Republican nominee has. That's how they role. Its a little sad and disgusting but it shouldn't surprise anyone at this point.
