The 10 Best Burgers in Las Vegas

KGB’s BBQ bacon burger with applewood bacon, lettuce, homemade BBQ sauce, smoked Gouda, and onions on an onion roll

BLT Burger
The brainchild of acclaimed chef Laurent Tourondel, BLT Burger’s menu options include lamb tandoori, veggie falafels, and turkey burgers. After the savory sides and 100 percent-certified Angus beef burgers, indulge in signature desserts such as Krispy Kreme doughnut bread pudding with rum raisin ice cream. The Mirage Hotel & Casino, 702-792-7888

RM: I haven't tried it. I have heard some of the other gourmet burger places are better.

Bottles & Burgers
Kick back at this 1950s-inspired burger joint with an old-fashioned ice cream bar and soda fountain, the newest venture from the Double Helix Wine & Restaurant Group. Sink your teeth into a classic burger, paired with a handmade shake or malt. Tivoli Village, 702-431-5453

RM: I haven't tried it. I don't know where Tivoli Village is?

Burger Bar
For posh diners eager to satisfy their inner carnivore, Hubert Keller’s “ultimate burger experience” offers the Rossini—a succulent fusion of Kobe beef, sautéed foie gras, and shaved truffles. For dessert? A cheesecake burger on a glazed doughnut bun, of course. The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, 702-632-9364; mandalaybay.com/dining

RM: This place really started the gourmet burger era. It used to be my favorite, but I like Burger Brasserie and LBS better.

Five Guys
With more than 250,000 possible ways to order a burger, it’s no wonder this casual joint has fans lining up out the doors. The East Coast favorite’s endless list of free toppings includes classic A.1. Steak Sauce and jalapeño peppers. Three locations; fiveguys.com

RM: I keep on hearing about this chain, but have never eaten there.

Holsteins Shakes and Buns
The food at Holsteins brings a homegrown flavor to Las Vegas with its organic, eclectic menu, packed with natural, homemade snacks and “bam-boozled” alcoholic shakes (try the Drunken Monkey). Make the Gold Standard your first pick for its delicious fusion of dry-aged beef sirloin, smoked bacon, and aged goat cheddar cheese. The Cosmopolitan, 702-698- 7940

RM: Relatively brand new and I haven't tried it. I would love to take a sip of an alcoholic shake.

I Love Burgers
Foodies with a soft spot for anything involving burger buns, cheese, and everything inbetween can’t go wrong at I Love Burgers. Enjoy the alcoholic milkshakes or the popular I Love Bacon, a blend of ground sirloin and applewood-smoked bacon topped with smoked Gouda. The Shoppes at The Palazzo, 702-242-2747; Town Square, 702-675-7800

RM: I have walked by this place but have never tried it. The only turn off is the interior of the place. It looks more like cheap fast food seating that restaurant seating.

In-N-Out Burger
This family-owned West Coast burger joint long ago reached cult status. Simple and fresh, it boasts only a handful of menu items, such as hand-cut French fries and real ice cream milkshakes. Go for the off-the-menu favorite Animal Style, a worth-it mess of secret sauce, cheese, and grilled onions. 10 locations; in-n-out.com

RM: To me this is still the best burger for fast food restaurants and not gourmet burger restaurants. Our office building just hired them last week for a party for the whole building. Everything is fresh and wonderful. We use them for the Rose Parade also.

KGB: Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers
Celebrity chef Kerry Simon is known for his rock ’n’ roll flair, and KGB is no exception. Choose from masterpieces both kitschy (Thanksgiving Turkey Burger) and creative (the Burger Cobb salad). And don’t miss the sweet potato tots and waffle-fry nachos. Harrah’s Las Vegas, 702-369- 5065

RM: I have never been there, and probably won't with the other great places in LV.

LBS
With a roadhouse-chic rustic interior, this cozy spot has the look of a Texas saloon and a wide selection of American fare. We recommend The Perfect Burger, with its delectable fusion of Gruyere cheese, herb mayo, smoked bacon, and exclusive LBS burger sauce. Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa, 702-835-9393

RM: One of my favorites. The show "Heat Seekers" did a segment on their homemade potato chips.

Le Burger Brasserie
Le Burger Brasserie is a French interpretation of an American classic. Its signature dish, a sirloin masterpiece at $777, is a mouthwatering burger made from Kobe beef and Maine lobster topped with caramelized onions, imported Brie, crispy prosciutto, and aged balsamic vinegar served with a bottle of Dom Pérignon Rosé Champagne. Paris Las Vegas, 702-946-4346

RM: My favorite place for burgers in LV.

I ate at Holstein's 2 years ago; thought it was pretty good
What a bizarre piece of "journalism".

Ain't never been there. They tell me it's nice. I've been to more burger places in Vegas than the author.

Those are my quotes.

I've been to a few of the places mentioned, mostly the fast food. I prefer In-Out over 5 guys any day. I'd like to think of myself as a burger "purist". What I dislike about In-Out is their fries. they are just simply to small for me. If they were a bit thicker and longer, I might enjoy them so that's why I don't order fries at In-Out. I am glad the OP didnt mention Fat Burger, that's pretty awful in my opinion and he does seem to share my opinion of burgers.

Tivoli Village appears to be an upscale shopping mall comprising boutiques and eateries of which DonDiego has never heard. It is not meant for him.

Ref: Tivoli Village
Tivoli Village is pretty much across the street from Sun Coast and Rampart casinos, in the Summerlin area of town.
Corgimom would like to thank Don Diego for the spit take when she saw the cat pic. Love it.
I guess IN & OUT Burger has a franchise policy that no store can over 8 or 10 hours drive time from the warehouse/supplier. That why ther is a store in Kingman, AZ; but Flagstaff, AZ can not get one. i think I will have to move.
