This story doesn't give enough credit that there will be a haircutting place where people can have cocktails and the haircutters will be females in bikinis or lingerie.

Ordinarily I couldn't give a f*** about downtown, but I appreciate what the Plaza has done. I want to get a hair cut and have dinner at Oscar's.

$9 for a view of Fremont Street - I am sure that after about 5 minutes of "viewing" one may wonder why they paid the extra fee.
