1) Ask whoever is at the front desk to order a cab to a real hotel like the Bellagio.

2) As you are walking to your room with your wife smiling from ear to ear, remember how smart that fine, young fellow Nesalk is who gave you the tip.

Come on man, it's your tenth anniversary. Make it special for God's sake.

Where you choose to stay and gamble is your choice, not others who are ass-backwards in this forum.

I too agree about asking your host except I would do it in person when you arrive. Even if your host is not on duty. I think you have a better chance of a spur of the moment upgrade.
