You have it backwards, the Bronx President, and the City Council, as well as about 95% of the Community Boards of The Bronx, Queens and Manhattan supported the people of the neighborhood. The new plan provides funding for new parks, donates space for a new school and is giving the people and students of the area free recreational facilities, as well as giving ice time to groups that cant afford it.
