But I agree with you. People who complain about vacation days are largely desperate to find a means to justify their anger with the president. Kinda like people who complain about the president flying in Air Force One.....

There were plenty of legitimate faults to be found with Bush. I didn't have to resort to such petty crap. After 8 years of Obama the biggest gripe DrHemmoroid has is that Obama used Air Force One to travel in. Aside from that being stupid commentary- its also not based in reality. The Secret Service wont allow the president to travel coach on Southwest.

I am pretty sure that regardless of how close your family lives to the Bush's ranch that he did not visit the ranch every damned day of his presidency.

As usual, the libs on this board have steered the comments away from the main issue - the atrocious amount of money Obeyme and family have spent while enjoying themselves on vacation and shopping trips. The number of days really don't concern me and I actually wish they had vacationed more, that way Obeyme would have had fewer days to screw up our nation.

When he was present at the ranch we were grounded at the grass strip at the house. Even when he wasn't there we were forced to file a flight plan, take off and immediately exit the area, which negates the enjoyment and purpose of "low and slow" aircraft. Even flying in we were twice re routed from McGregor executive to TSTC on the other side of Waco because of bureaucratic mishandling of our pre approved flight plan. Since we usually only visit at holiday times its reasonable that our travel plans would coincide.
