19,000+ ??

SOB! I wrote a big long post and it got wiped out somehow, grrr . This level seems so overvalued with the new highs but I thought the same thing when it hit 16K, 18K and so forth. It just keeps going and I think it's gotta pull back big time at some point. It won't be DT related I belive the debt is gonna raise it's ugly head here at some point and it's gonna hurt. BAD.

Happy to say almost all our energy holdings have recovered and then some. Painful to watch but I know in ten yrs it will be nothing more than a bump in the road and a great opportunity. CVX has been a monster while Cheron has been stagnant, I sold half last week and of course it jumped a few points, typical haha. Been pfetty fortunate on some other picks lately but of course there;s always a dud or two. FTR and NE have been complete turds,NE down 40% but a few have killed in a short time (doubled), KRO, CC and CEQP. Things seem to be looking up.

I was really curious how the market was going to react to the election. I never thought it would tank like all the experts were saying (along with some of the "experts" on here who wished us we weren't invested in the market) were so certain about, but a more wait and see attitude seemed more realistic. Of course I'm happy it's been a rally but evry new high makes me a tad reluctant to do anything. Buy?, Short?

Really happy to see energy market has rebounded and doing very well.
Seems OPEC is doing it's usual song and dance with everyone speculating one way or the other. I think it may be a little different this time, Iran may decide to play nice since DT won. Of course my opinion only.

Hope everyone else is doing well and have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
Happy Thanksgiving.
I have been wrong more often than right, so take my advice with a grain of salt. However, I feel we may have more room on the upside. The recovery has been prolonged, but slow with no year of GDP growth greater than 3%. With tax cuts and less regulations, I expect the economy to grow at a faster rate --- much like my belly after Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving!
I love the Golden Gate sign on the corner of Main and Fremont! ;-)
