1st Ebola patient diagnosed in the US has died

The First Ebola Paient has died. The body of Thomas Eric Duncan, who died in Texas Wednesday from Ebola, will be cremated, state health officials said Wednesday. Time to worry??

Not because he died.

Worry if you had physical contact with his body fluids while he was alive and sick.

Uh oh. I know folks on the survivor gun whacko websites are getting read to head to their hideouts in the woods. Or at least getting ready for the mandatory lockdowns and travel bans.

Not unless he comes back to "life" and has a taste for brains.....

If he spread the disease to anybody else, we should be finding out within a week

Your ignorant, superstitious neighbor who is afraid to get a flu shot and doesn't get his kids immunized is a much greater danger to the public health.

This thread reminds me....
Yesterday during my casino visit, I saw a minimum of four people wearing surgical style face masks.
And one wearing the "better" style with the filter that sticks out.

One female was walking down the aisle where I was sitting at a machine. When she got "close", I coughed (for fun to see her reaction) and she did an immediate U-turn. I would have won money on that "mind bet".

I'm on my way to the Goodwill store to see if I can find a "Liberia" or other similar themed T-shirt.

The Reverend Jessie Jackson is now involved.

Is he for Ebola or against it?
