Pushing a guy that is running away with your wallet[s] is NOT excessive or deadly force!!
They were only trying to knock him down / off balance so that they could retrieve their
wallet[s] / belongings... Obviously if the guy happened to hit his head when he fell it wes
un-intentional and there for an accidental death... He took the chance trying to steal from 4
guys and he wound up losing that bet. Simple as that!! At least to me / in my mind...
Sure it wasn't the first thim he / she did something like that, so he had to know sooner
or later he would get caught / pay in some way... One thing for sure though
He won't be doing it again!!!!
