I know my slick sales pitch sounds like I'm selling something but we're not. It's free to join and it's just a community of MM in LV enthusiasts sharing information and tips so that we can all have a great time for this annual event that so many of us await so eagerly.
First 4 round playes at UD arena Dayton, Ohio. 75 North from Cincy is pretty good, so getting here will be a snap. Welcome to Ohio and spend lots and lots of money while your here.
I do my best not to step foot in UD arena. Also referred to as "the dump" by many of my friends. I do love the idea of the four play in games though.

Well, we do seem to keep the place full every home game.

As a Xavier fan, I am required to dislike Dayton. That said I do have tons of respect for Dayton fans. Fact is Dayton and Xavier are by far the strongest fan bases in the A10, and is why it's frustrating that the conference tournament is in Atlantic City. I know Dayton and Cincinnati are geographical outliers for most of the conference, but every third year the tourney should be at UD or US bank arena. Heck, UD fans sell the place out now...what would it be like if they got rid of Brian Gregory and hired a real (full size) coach.

Sorry to hijack the thread and steer it torward southern Ohio basketball. To keep it somewhat on topic, I do wish I was going to be at M Resort for the (real) first two rounds of the tournament. Instead I have to settle for early April, where I will spend two nights watching the Reds/D-backs in Phoenix and then six nights in Vegas.

Last year when the first round of the NCAA was held here UD was sold out.

When X plays UD both home and away (doesn't matter which team is home) the stadium is sold out. The A-10 has a gold mine here in Ohio if they would just take that tourney here. Hell, UD has more seats than the stadium that has the A-10 tourney.

Good luck for both teams, although I think UD won't be making the dance due to their piss poor record this year. .500 for the A-10, come on get real, your not going anywhere with that kinda of conference record.

My group of 10 buddies are all going. We were going to watch at Planet Hollywood, but they just decided to drive us away ERRRR charge 50 bucks per person per day to watch the games in their Mezzanine (a giant hallway).
SO, we will be taking our gambling and eating and drinking money up to TI or maybe to Stratosphere. I heard they both have good and FREE viewing areas.
Good old Harrahs/CET ruining another tradition (we had done PH for the past 4 years).
This in from the A-10 tourney:

UD beats Xavier!!!
Well, I'll watch at home..just as I have been doing the last 5 days. The Big East games have been incredible. UConn is playing some very good ball right now. 5 wins in 5 days. Championship game tomorrow. I'll be watching!
