Has DonDiego ever been to Walla Walla? If he ever visits, the first round is on me.

The closest poor old DonDiego has been to Walla Walla, WA would be Moscow, ID, Leavenworth, WA, and Bridal Veil Falls, OR. So long as there's a free beer offer available, DonDiego will assure that herbrawt is informed if DonDiego ever gets closer.
I live in one of those places, have for 51 years. There are other places I'd rather live, but it could be worse.

The Villages sounds wonderful. I might plan a vacation there just to check things out.

I looked into the villages.
1) it's not cheap
2) it's extremely right wing
3) it's pretty much a dictatorship.

Lots of activities, and free golf but you pay for it.

Like we are supposed to believe that PJ's folks live in a right wing place
I assume that "right wing", in this case, means that one must pay for services rendered. There is no wealth redistribution.

I guess that they could have right wing activities.....................you know, actually keeping score. No participation trophies at The Villages.

Actually, if you believe the Villages their cost is not bad. Subtract the normal living costs(insurance, Gas/Electric, Basic Telephone
Basic Cable Television, water/sewer), their living costs are not expensive.

If its sounds too good to be true ... .

Estimated Monthly Cost of Living in The Villages...

When I looked into a few years back, there were all kinds on $ entry points, seemed somebody could spend as much or little as one wanted.

Right wing? Who cares, you're retired? As far as it being what you describe as "dictatorship, I didn't read anything pertaining to that at all, but it doesn't surprise me one bit. I had to repaint one persons townhouse three times because the HOA didn't like the paint scheme, man the homeowner was pissed. Good for me, bad for them, I did feel bad for them tho.
Also, if golf is free how does someone pay for it? Explain please.
