3-0!

Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

But...but....Donny is taking a vacation next week. Air Force One and all....and even worse (gulp) he's going to be playing golf. Don't tell Hoops - he'll get really upset. but we need to figure out how our nation's coffers are going to reconcile this travesty.

I left lots of space below for DrMilled to cry about it.

Isn't this just a weekend trip taking the Japanese PM to Fla, and yes, they're going to golf. I don't really care one or the other but wouldn't this one be considered a "working" weekend?

BTW I nevr cared much about the O's golf games but Michelles jetting around bothered me a teeny bit.

This is the problem that happens when people try to use statistics they don't understand.
The reality is that over 99 percent of their decisions stand. In the extremely rare number of cases that get to the Supreme Court, three or four a year, 61% of them are reversed.
From 1999 to 2008, the last figures I can find,99.85% of their Decisions were not reviewed by the Supreme Court.
61% of the case that were reviewed were reversed. The median reversal rate for all Appellate courts was close to 70%. The 9ths was better than the average.
From this, rm somehow claims they get overturned 80% of the time.
More alternate facts.
What's that old saying about figures don't lie......

billyboy, are you drinking heavily tonight? They don't get overturned unless it goes to the higher court......do you not comprehend that?

The 9th Circuits decisions stand 99.85 of the time.
The 9th Circuit is overturned 80% of the time.

One statement is a fact. One is bullshit.
Even the biggest moron should be able to pick out which is which.
This is from Billy who was off on as scale of 1000 to 1.

According to the American Bar Assoc for the same period, the 9th circuit had an 80% rate on cases argued before the SC. That is the 2nd highest rate. Once again cliff's numbers are wrong.

Poor old DonDiego already addressed this:

The difference, . . . DonDiego included a reference* with data for the 10 years from 1999 to 2008. Table 3 is the most succinct summary demonstrating the difference among the Circuit Courts.
[If he'd've found more recent data he'd've included it; perhaps the interested reader, if any, could do further research.]

The factual statement is the 9th Circuit had 20% of its decisions Affirmed by the Supreme Court and 80% of its decisions Reversed/Vacated.

*Including a reference is an excellent way to either i. not post "bullshit" or ii. post "bullshit", but be able to blame someone else. DonDiego recommends the practice.

Don't be silly and write about things such as...........laws. These unimportant things are scoffed at by Liberal judges.

Two eight letter words here start with b......billryan and bullshit. My observation would be that these two words can be used interchangeably. That is for me, I can equate bullshit with billryan.
