Was in Vegas over the weekend and again saw a group in front on Caesars Palace doing 3 card monte. Have seen them before doing 3 card monte or the shell game. They had a little table and the three cards and a person from the crowd ( shill for the group) step up to play bet 100 and win. Bet 100 and win. Bet 100 and win. Bet 100 and loss. Then they would ask for someone else to play. The queen has a bent in the card so it is easy to spot the "winning" card. I have seen these groups several times and it is always in front of CP. It is odd if you look around you can see lookouts posted in both directions. My question is who would be dumb enough to fall for this? Who has not seen this on TV or movie? Why are they always in front of CP? There are some bushes so they are kind of hidden so that may explain the location. But they have to get someone play and loss or you would not see them multiple times.
